Just as he did at my friend's wedding, Rick was professional, and a pleasure to have DJ my wedding.

He hardly made himself known, but at the same time kept the tempo of the whole wedding celebration going. When a torrential downpour interrupted the ceremony, Rick had the idea to change the music to "Raindrops keep falling on my head" for my second walk down the aisle. It made a potential disaster so much easier to bear.

I just didn't worry about a thing throughout the entire wedding- which is why we chose Rick in the first place. : )

The overall performance was very good and we are so pleased with the outcome. Rick had everyone dancing the entire evening!

We really appreciated the flow of things and the input on timing. Rick helped us change a few things to get the guests dancing and involved, which is what we really wanted.

The ceremony was flawless (as far as music and sound set-up were concerned) and the transition from ceremony to reception was great!

I can tell that Rick has been doing this a long time and knows exactly what he's doing! Thank you for helping make our wedding incredible and fun-filled!! Everyone has told us what a fun time they had.

Brad was awesome. Between him and my photographer, they were really on top of things! I was busy with all of our guests, so I wasn't paying attention to where I needed to be...though I didn't have to worry about it. Brad came up and told me what we were doing, totally awesome for me.

Also, Rick was very helpful with keeping me relaxed while choosing my music selections. I wasn't worried that there wouldn't be the wrong songs played. I would and have recommended you guys.

Greg was great. He would check in with us throughout the night to make sure everything was going okay and to see if we were ready for the next event. He took care to make sure we had time to eat, time to say hi to people, time to dance, etc.

It was clear he's done many weddings and knows how to keep things running smoothly. The music was great and got people of all ages up and dancing. From my point of view there were no problems with set up or clean up.

The DJ (Greg) worked hard to try to play what everyone wanted to hear. He kept checking in with us to find out when things were going to happen when since the wedding was not on any specific schedule. This lack of schedule made it harder for him I'm sure, but he handled it very well.

Our experience with Tracewell Entertainment was great! Everything was very well organized, and they helped all of our events to flow smoothly. The music during the ceremony sounded great with the sound system outside on the grass.

Rick & his staff were awesome!

Due to various complications with the wedding site Rick also became a pseudo wedding planner. He was so helpful in keeping me calm and assured that everything would be great. His crew was so accomodating, to the point that I gave them our wedding songs the morning of the wedding & due to the heat was constantly changing the time-frame of the wedding.

Our DJ was awesome!! I cannot put into words how much I appreciated all that they did. My guests loved everything about the wedding. I will refer everyone to Rick Tracewell Entertainment!! They are AWESOME!

We barely noticed the DJ and when we did it was for the right reasons. The two gentlemen in attendance were very courteous, professional and helpful. I can't say enough about Rick! He went above and beyond for our wedding. Rick was great to work with - professional, fun, friendly, and reliable. His online event planner made planning a wedding from long distance a breeze - and our guests loved going online to help make our wedding playlist. He provided the sound equipment for our outdoor wedding ceremony (which was literally in the middle of nowhere!), and was the perfect DJ for our reception! Rick also took pictures of both our ceremony and reception - which I am so thankful for because some of the best moments would not have been captured on film had he not been there! Picking a DJ is probably the hardest part of wedding planning because you don't get to "sample" their work. But we are so happy with the results and the services we received. Rick went above and beyond our expectations. He was able to provide extra accommodations as a part of his services. He arrived very early and had everything set up with plenty of time and no problems. He got the crowd up and moving even when things started to wind down.

He has a great personality and took control of the entire event, and this is one of the most important things!! We have been to other weddings that Rick was not a part of and nobody knows what is going on because they didn't have a good DJ. We are so glad that we had him a part of our big day.
